There has recently been a number of Firefox releases prior to Firefox 9. After quite a while, I have finally upgraded to the latest version and it had a good first impression. It’s a sweet and simple browser specifically designed for surfing Internet with ease.
According to Mozilla, Firefox 9 is significantly faster than the older versions. I previously mentioned about optimizing Firefox with Tabloc add-on, there is no need for this here. Similar functions are readily available in this version.
I just wish there were not so many releases so often, I’m too lazy to update so often ;). So, have you upgraded your Firefox browser yet? What do you think of it?
Paypal provides a secure environment to make purchases and receive payments safely over the Internet. Basically, what you do is you feed your credit card or bank account details in your Paypal account and then you only need to use your email address to make and receive payments.
Unfortunately, Paypal’s sevices are still not available completely in some part of the worlds. In 2005, when I first discovered Paypal, I was eager to open my account, but they later informed me that they were not offering their services in Mauritius. Fast forward three years later, they now opened their services to Mauritians, but you still have some restrictions on your account. For example, we can not add a local bank account or receive payments. But, in my case, my local Mauritian Paypal account helps me a great deal in sending payments for things I purchase online.
So, do you have a Paypal account? If not, you may open an account here.
For me, the internet lifestyle is freedom. Freedom to be where I want, when I want and not let someone else control my life. I’m a bit of an individualist (someone who pursues individual thoughts and actions). Of course, that does not mean I don’t care for other people around. In fact, many times I find myself caring a bit too much for some people. Anyways, back to the topic of Internet Lifestyle.
Well, I can say I’m partially living the Internet Lifestyle. I have some level of freedom because I work for myself on the Internet. I will be living it fully when I hopefully manage to get rid of the “dullness” from my life. And, I also have a problem of shyness too. I dream to travel the World with just a laptop and plug it anywhere I get internet access, do some work and move on living my dream. I just don’t want to be stuck in an office and rely on a monthly check, while someone else is making big fortunes off my hard work. I just have one life to live, I might as well make the most of it.
Oh well, let’s see if I get to live the Internet Lifestyle fully in the near future. To know about that, you will have to visit my blog regularly
As for now, I’m happy to be working for myself and not have my life controlled by an employer.
